隔膜耐震防腐壓力表應用領域和測量原理

  隔膜耐震防腐壓力表由各種普通壓力表和不同結構的隔膜隔離器組成一個封閉的系統,內充密封液。當被測介質的壓力作用于隔膜時,隔膜產生變形,壓縮封閉系統中的密封液。由于密封液的固有性質,使壓力儀表中的彈性元件產生相應的彈性變形,當隔膜的剛度足夠小時,則壓力表指示的壓力就等于被測介質的壓力值。
  隔膜耐震防腐壓力表應用領域和測量原理:
  應用:常用在石油化工、制藥、食品等生產中的壓力檢測;可用來測量強腐蝕、高溫、高黏度、易結晶、易凝固和有固體浮游物介質的壓力,以及對某些測量介質不能直接進入普通壓力表內,和便于清洗防止沉淀物質積聚的場合壓力檢測時,必須采用由隔膜隔離器與普通壓力表組成的隔膜壓力表。
  測量原理:隔膜一端壓力是被測介質的壓力,使隔膜發生變形,隔膜變形后會壓縮工作液將壓力傳送到壓力表中的彈簧管上,使其形變,然后按照彈簧管壓力計的原理顯示出被測的壓力值。很明顯,隔膜壓力表屬于彈性式壓力表。
  隔膜耐震防腐壓力表的膜片式隔膜裝置具有廣泛的應用:
  膜片式的用途廣泛,一般說的隔膜壓力表就是指膜片式的。當被測量的介質有很強的腐蝕性,有很高的粘度,易結晶,易凝固,有固態浮游物,如果選擇其他壓力表是不可行的,即使是不銹鋼管也會被鹽酸腐蝕,瀝青和污水中的浮游物很快會將壓力表的導壓孔堵塞,而使儀表失去使用功能。由于有隔膜膜片,它可以阻止高粘度、易結晶、易凝固的介質流入導壓孔內,保證儀表能正常工作。
