   一體化防爆耐腐熱電阻是指在熱電阻的防水或隔爆接線盒內裝入放大變送模塊,與傳感器連接形成一體化,輸出標準4-20mA電流信號或也可以輸出0-5V或1-5V的電壓信號。通常和顯示儀表、記錄儀表、電子計算機等配套用,直接測量各種生產過程中的0度-500度范圍內的液體、蒸汽和氣體介質以及固體表面溫度。
  一體化防爆耐腐熱電阻工作原理:
  利用間隙隔爆原理,設計具有足夠強度的接線盒等部件,將所有會產生火花,電弧和危險溫度的零部件都密封在接線盒腔內,當腔內發生爆炸時,能通過接合面間隙熄火和冷卻,使爆炸后的火焰和溫度傳不到腔外,從而進行隔爆。防爆熱電偶,防爆熱電阻的結構、原理與裝配方式基本相同,主要區別是隔爆產品接線盒(外殼)在設計上采用高強度鋁合金壓鑄而成,并具有足夠的內部空間,壁厚和機械強度,橡膠密封圈的熱穩定性均符合國家防爆標準。
  為了減少測量誤差一體化防爆耐腐熱電阻應該有足夠的插入深度:
  1、對于測量管道中心流體溫度的熱電阻,一般都應將其測量端插入到管道中心處(垂直安裝或傾斜安裝)。如被測流體的管道直徑是200毫米,那熱電阻插入深度應選擇100毫米;
  2、對于高溫高壓和高速流體的溫度測量(如主蒸汽溫度),為了減小保護套對流體的阻力和防止保護套在流體作用下發生斷裂,可采取保護管淺插方式或采用熱套式熱電阻。淺插式的熱電阻保護套管,其插入主蒸汽管道的深度應不小于75mm;熱套式熱電阻的標準插入深度為100mm;
  3、假如需要測量是煙道內煙氣的溫度,盡管煙道直徑為4m,熱電阻插入深度1m即可。
  4、當測量原件插入深度超過1m時,應盡可能垂直安裝,或加裝支撐架和保護套管。
